Snusing while Singing?

I pretty much always have a snus in. I also sing and record myself singing. I have a snus in on almost all of the recordings I have made.

Wondering if anyone else around here is a singer and if so, do you snus while singing, or do you take it out?

My singing is mostly reserved to the shower these days, although I used to sing in a choir long ago. I can still carry a tune (most of the time), I just don't have the range and control I once had.

But I don't see why one couldn't sing and snus at the same time, especially using portions. They pretty much stay in place unless you deliberately move them. In fact, I know someone who is a professional singer who has had a lot of trouble trying to quit cigarettes. I plan to introduce him to snus the next time I see him.

Seems like the juice would be a little too irritating to the throat while singing . . . though I jog with snus in, so what do I know?
