I am planning on buying 40-80 cans of snus. (Skruf extra stark loose)
Now i would let my friend, who is a seaman and take the snus cans on board.
And Then ship them over to my country. Now we´re talking about a good amount of time, those snus cans would be there on board without any cooling. Would this damage the snus?
I would of course refrigerate the snus as soon as the ship would arrive.
Do not know exactly the time the ship is on its way back home. Mabey 1-3 weeks?

I have had a couple orders from Sweden take 2 weeks and the snus is fine. I guess there is a chance the snus could go bad depending on the temperature and temperature changes. If the temperature goes up and down a lot that could make it go bad. Not sure where you live, but why not just order it on-line just to be safe? Most of my orders from Sweden only take a week, and orders from the US just a few days. If you can't order on-line for some reason, then I'd say go for it.
