I even experience these cigarettes to be somewhat annoying,

I did the same thing as well. Initally just wanted something to use at work since I couldn't smoke. It took exactly a week and I didn't even want a cigarette. I weird feeling indeed after a 15 year habit. Other forms of tobacco couldn't do it so I am very thankful for snus.

      Cheers!
shit. if that's true then i should'a just skipped it in favor of another tin of skruf stark. i was hoping my can was just bad so the descriptions people have been giving it contrary to this (flavorful and all that) would be true. it is like a very subtle ettan. i love ettan, but this stuff tastes sort of like a slightly more bitter form of an extremely weak ettan.
well i tried the portions and I must say these are going to be a friggin favorite. they are like you say, dried fruits and such. They do have the taste of the roda lacket loose in the background, which isn't bad at all. I just find that taste by itself to be a bit boring...the portions rock!! maybe that's why the cans are designed so different...plain red and then modern art abstract.
Though I don't get the sense of 'red' in the flavor of RL loose....oh well.
I like cans that reflect their flavor. Much like I enjoy album art to reflect the feel of the music. I hate it when I see interesting/artsy album art and then the music has absolutely nothing to do with it whatsoever (like Soilent Green album covers...hmm this looks rather unique and interesting...then the music is just grindcore...wtf?)
the RL loose can doesn't reflect its flavor at all for me (besides its plain look in contrast to the portions) which is probably why I was so disappointed with it and then subsequently not expecting much of the portions.

I'm saving every tin of each one the first time I try it. I also have a Copenhagen Y2K lid in my collection. They only made those for January of that year. Probably sounds like a strange hobby, but maybe, just maybe when I'm old and senile (or at least faking senility just to mess with people hehe), hopefully I'll have kids or grandkids I can put through college by selling them off on e-bay to a collector or somesuch. At the very least, I'll have fond memories.

I've started saving all of my tins. When I get a box completely full, I'll stop. The cans are unique enough, that if I need a container(or several) of that size, the snus cans could come in handy.

That's a good idea actually. Never thought of it. Thanks for sharing!
