    Chew Renew

I received a sample bottle of chewrenew from

    http://www.chewrenew.com/

This product is aimed at chew and dip and really i was unsure how this would work any better than tap water. However I was able to completely rehydrate a 1 yr old can of cope snuff with 8 pumps from this bottle and it now tastes as fresh as it would have done on day 1.

I am now gonna try this on 10 cans of various portioned snus that have dried out.

Please dont ask how i ended up with 1yr old cope and dryed out snus its a long story.

I will post back to with my feedback on the snus rehydration.

Probably Some kind of fermented liquid with TSNA levels that would make most American tobacco producers blush. I could not find any ingredients on their website. It only says that it's made with natural ingredients.

It says on the bottle Water, Alchohol, coconut oil, soy lecithin , peppermint oil, FD&C blue 1

it smells like peppermint but has no taste so does not alter the taste of the tobacco

I'd suppose the dye is more so if some little kid gets thirsty and comes across it, he know's it's not water. Companies need to watch their backs for all sorts of stupidity these days.

Peppermint oil? Does it taste minty at all? I wonder what that's used for if it doesn't taste minty.

I wouldnt' be dipping year old cope if I were you. The TSNA levels increase drastically over time.

Common sense nowadays is so rare, it should be considered a Super Power

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but since its exactly what I want to post about, I thought it more Eco than making a new one

I am interested in this chew renew for revitalising snus that has been in the freezer (not in vacuum bags) for over a year and needs some tlc. I tried the slice of apple + 48 hrs in the fridge method, but I'm not convinced, it hasn't really remoistened my snus.

Anyway, I've sent an email off to these chaps asking whether they'll ship to the uk and how much it would be. I'll let you know how I get on, and dependent upon whether I actually buy the product, how well it works on snus (it's designed for American dip)

                          Cheers

                            I just use bourbon.

Unless I'm using something I don't really like, a fresh can doesn't last long enough to need renewed.

Old snus from the freezer though could use a boost. Bourbon.

                            There you go..
