I must have dead taste buds because I have never gotten a citrus taste from General, just pepper and a smoky tobacco flavor.

The citrus is pretty light when compared others in the style, but it's definitely there. It's more like a tang, than a full out flavor.

It's a well-balanced background flavor that fills everything with golden light--to me, anyway.

I have actually taken quite a liking to General lös.

I've never been a big fan of the portions, though, and Onyx is just way too lemony-bergamotty for me.

I like the onyx OCCASIONALLY.If I use it too much I really get a kinda metallic taste after frequent use.It gets real nasty after a while.

I use General White regularly, and I find it to be mild. It's just a great blend, mild flavor, everything is in balance.

THAT being said....my first experience with the try 10 snus box from Northerner, I opened General White (this is early last year) and almost vomited. Could not STAND that smell and had no idea what to do with it. Now, I use it all the time. Tastes do change, and I like the smell now!

I think General O.P. is the best snus ever (and if you disagree, you must be some sort of degenerate with tin-covered taste buds). I'm 90% sure it has bacon in it.

I really really really really really really hated all general branded snuses when I first started, and that hatred lasted up until Onyx. Then I really really really hated every general branded snus but Onyx. But yanno, I got this craving for General Los out of the blue and really enjoyed it. I also really dig General Extra Sterk los. So my tastebuds changed. I might give the regular portions a try again.
