Do you eat and snus?

I have forgotten to take a portion out a few times when starting a meal and more then one of those times the portion slipped down while chewing and joined the food. Rather then spit out a mouthful I just swallowed it all. But, I try not to.

Not at all, over 3 years, I have swallowed a fair share of them, as a number of folks here. And it has never been an issue when people do.

But Christi, that is the very reason I don't usually eat with one in cause I am almost guaranteed to swallow my portion if I try. Again, it isn't that it causes a problem, just don't want to waste snus that way.

I eat with snus in all the time and it never caused the slightest problem. I have no idea how you people eat that the snus would wind up getting swallowed or even disturbed. My husband has issues snusing and eating, but then he eats like he's going to get a prize for jamming the most food possible into his mouth with each bite.

That's the great thing about snus, unlike dip. You can swallow snus without any ill effects. 8)

I sometimes do, but I prefer not to because the food ruins the snus. All I taste afterward is whatever it was I ate, and not much snus flavor.

One thing to remeber, under Swedish law, snus must meet ALL food requirements. Everything that goes into it must meed food requirements

Yes I have ate food with a portion in although I try not to make a habit of it. As mentioned, the food kinda deteriorates the taste of the snus.

LOL...well as long as she didn't know or doesn't mind.

She's started to accept it as long as I don't use my tongue. That is why I'm concerned with the 'eating' part.

I'd think if it were 'mint' flavored that might feel tingly

I have lost 23 pounds since I started but I think it has to do with what I am eating, not the snus...but maybe it is the fact that I have that in my mouth instead of potato chips

I still want to lose 50 lbs to reach my desired goal, but I was always hovering in the upper 230's mid 240's, and today it was 226, and I have been eating junk. But I am starting a new eating way tomorrow.

I started taking Phentermine in Sept. But I was getting lots of panic attacks so the dr made me 1/2 my pills and I haven't been faithful in taking them. I just ate a cheeseburger for breakfast and am having my second Thunder Frosted of the day :twisted:

My first (and so far only) "disappearing" portion was during an enthusiastic session with beer and chicken wings. I dunno how it happened; one moment it was there, the next moment it was gone.

But, for the most part, I try to keep the snus and the food separate.
