drinking while snussing?

i find it helpful to have something on hand to sip on while i'm snussing... will this go away? Currently i do mineral water, which isn't bad it's improving my water intake, just wondering what everyone elses experience was.

I did when I 1st started, but it don't matter now. But I guess I prefer a drink, but I don't have to have one.

You dont have to drink anything while snussing. But in the weekends i like to drink redwine while im snussing, just remember to take it out before u crash :lol:

I've been snusing for a few months now.. and yes, I still need a drink on hand. In the rare case that I don't have anything to drink in hand, I can only use white portions. Luckily that's only an issue when shopping... the rest of the week, I spend all day long steadily feeding my 6-liter-a-day Diet Dr. Pepper habit.

With the real stark starks (Odens, for example), I pretty much need to have something to drink. With the regular-strength stuff, it makes no difference to me.

I like to drink something just to put a spotlight on the flavor of the snus.

I'm strictly doing portions for now, los will come later. I find if I take an occasional swig of water the flavor of whatever portion I have going on is refreshed. Coffee is great as well to accent the flavors.

I've had a habit since i got out of high school of always having something to drink near me. Be it a bottle of soda or a glass of water. I just always have something there.

So I never noticed if snus has had any bearing on it.

I usually only drink water while I snus, but I noticed a few flavors taste really good with fruity soda. Like skruf tranbar, or goteborgs lingon.

I don't need a drink, but I have noticed that the stronger portion's I need a drink cuz I get dry mouth. I like the taste of beer with the minty flavored snus' and coffee w/ tobacco flavors. But to each their own.

lol, you remind me so much of myself when I first started! I always carried a bottle of water with me when I first started. Trust me, it will get better. I started in June, and by September I noticed that I didn't need to drink anything while snusing.

Coffee + just about any snus for me so far has been my staple. Just getting going on "los" but I'm finding some pepsi through a straw a good match for that.

i never drink anything with the snus unless (i'm drinking beer), feels like it starts to run faster if i do.

i ALWAYS have to "clean" my mouth with a glass of water after a snus though, I guess it's ocd lol
