He's marketing it all as collectables, if you read the description it even says the tobacco is not being sold for consumption, which i assume is only there so he can avoid any taxes imposed. still pretty high prices without shipping included.. -
It is pretty outrageous. I think it says it's collectible because you are not allowed to sell tobacco on Ebay. So that is their way around the rule.Comment
