Snuff bottles and boxes on eBay

Just for fun I put in a search for "snuff" "snuff bottle" "snuff box" on eBay and I was amazed on how many results came up. The antique bottles are pretty cool but I much prefer the pinch method vs back of hand. I was wondering if any of you guys purchased an antique snuff box off of eBay or wherever. Just wondering how good the seal is on the older boxes. I was thinking of saving up for one of those tripple tech deals, but actually having an antique snuff box is really appealing to me, with all the history and all. Having a snuff box that was used years before I was born seems pretty cool to me.

I haven't bought any antique snuffboxes through eBay, but I have picked up a couple ones of modern make. I've looked at quite a few antique ones. Check out the seller's comments on the item(s) you are interested in -- sometimes they will tell you how tight the seal is.
