Question - Phantom Lös

I think it's just one of those things some people taste, and others don't. Or else it just affects people differently. I don't think it's experience; I'm sure not all that experienced. Plenty of people love V2-made snus.Originally posted by cstokes4Perhaps my palate is not yet refined enough.
So far I love the V2 products, my favorite being Offroad Cranberry. I think the grind is ideal for beginners as well.

I like V2 lös. Their portions are unusable, but the lös is pretty good. The grind is the best part. I like my snus on the coarse side, and V2 is about as coarse as it gets. The Phantom Brown is my favorite, but the others aren't so bad either. Not favorites, but nice every once in awhile.

I have a fondness for Oden's ES Kanel lös, in particular, and I keep some ES Original around, too, for when I want a real nicotine slam but I don't want the Kanel. I have enjoyed a Thunder portion on occasion. My first minis were Phantoms and I found them pretty tasty. It's not like any of it's /bad/, but that overtone--I'd rather call it an undertone--is there, and it does detract from the overall flavor IMVHPO.Originally posted by lxskllrI like V2 lös. I like a few V2 portions, Phantom Blue, and Offroad Original, and I have a slightly used can of Phantom Brown Loose, and I agree, in that I do get a slighty soapyness about them in the taste, but to me, it's not "bad", and I don't mind it enough to not use them. I don't taste it in Thunder Original though.

Some of us just might be more sensitive to certain tastes than others.JT, I could not agree more regarding the variance of individual taste. And apparently there are quite a lot of people who share this experience when it comes to V2 snus. I just had never heard it before.Originally posted by justintemplerSnusdog,

Anyway, like I said, to me Phantom and Odens have a similar underlying taste. It very well could be we are describing the same things but just associating it differently, that and I have no idea what glycerol and propylene glycol are much less what they taste like (except I believe the first is a sweetener and the second preserves moisture).
But damn it JT and lxskllr if my P brown starts tasting like soap right after I ordered a whole roll just because I read this blame thread there will be…..um….. there’s going to be..……..well o.k. absolutely nothing is going to happen….. but I wont be happy that’s for sure :x
