You can't get them in the USA anymore due to licensing issues. If you want them, you'll have to scour the net for some smaller sellers that are willing to send them to you.Comment

It's not that it is regulated. It s that the cigarette company that owns the trademark here in the states is getting aggressive enforcing it. So it's corporate, not government.
Te international rights too both names are owned by separate companies. I am not up on my trademark law, but I have a hard time believing that companies in Sweden are at risk for just sending t here. But the retailers have chosen not to fight this. I understand that it is only he big companies that got the letters. there are still some smaller companies still selling both. but charging like twice the amount for them.
One problem with the name change is both snus have built their whole reputation being tied to these names. And I am betting they don't sell enough to US customers to really care about it. Doesn't affect sales in Europe, or therest of the world at all.Comment
