Sometimes the AB is part of the name too. Saab, is an acronym for Svenska Aeroplan Aktiebolaget (Swedish Airplane Corporation). Before they changed their name there was also a security firm called Abab, not to be confused with Abba, a fish cannery company--and a pop group.Comment
