    Nick and Johnny Original

I haven't tried this stuff yet, but I have been thinking about ordering it after reading some of the reviews.

I really liked Lucky Strike and a lot of the descriptions I see in the reviews make them sound similar, but I haven't found anything directly comparing the two.

So how do they compare? Would Nick & Johnny be a suitable replacement for Lucky Strike? How is the smoked flavor?

These are two different animals, the N&J is a stark for one, no smoked flavor. But they are a must try, and a premium snus at that, Not my go to but I enjoy one now and then.

Not even close. BUT.... an absolute must try. Back in the day, it was a favorite of many. I suppose it shares at least one thing with LS regular, a strong flavor.

You will occasionally read me talking about snuses turning. Nick & Johnny was my first favorite that turned on me. Was 6 months before I could use it again, and now, it is only a once a month snus for me, any more and it just becomes a bit too much.

But an excellent, A1 snus all around.

Have you had Ettan portions? They really aren't like Luckys, but I'd say they're closest in spirit. Grov might be a choice also. Definitely not N&J though.

I don't think N&J's flavor profile is similar to LS. But N&J is very tastey, and worthy of a try. Many ppl love it. As has be stated N&J is a strong portion.

I'm still going to try it out, but I am a bit bummed that's it's nothing like LS. I saw the the smoked flavoring and people describing it and got a little excited.

It still sounds good, even if the profiles aren't similar.

N&J stands alone, unique flavor, I have not encountered any other like it.

The closest thing I could compare N&J too is a pure flavor like ettan or grov with a bit extra. Like others have said no other snus really compares in taste other than the "pure" taste profile that they all share. I see what they mean by smoke flavor now that I have tried it but I probably wouldn't describe it that way if I hadn't read that comparison. Also I dont really notice much if any citrus in N&J if that helps.

If you are looking for a replacement for LS good luck :? I think a lot of us are in that boat unfortunately. For me grov, ettan, and gustavus are about as close as I can get to lucky but nothing else has that toasted flavor that really shines through in the white LS portions and to a lesser degree in the OP.

Nick and Johnny is an orgasm in your mouth. Aside from the disturbing way you can interpret that statement, the product is amazing.

I received my order yesterday and you guys were right, it's nothing like LS.

But holy shit this stuff is awesome. I'm not sure if I like it as much as LS, but I definitely like it. It's a bit on the potent side and it wouldn't surprise me if it turned on me eventually as Onyx did.
