Smaller Companies

i enjoy talking to smaller snus companies, cuz the people who run the operation are the guys you talk to most of the time. Marc Vogel at V2 being one and now Tom of Discreet snus. i always think it makes for better business when the guys who run the show are willing to talk to you about their products and give you the info you want about them. Rock on guys.

I agree. It's nice talking to the people directly involved with the products we use.

But we have the monster company, Swedish match, now talking to us here too.

I just think all snus makers, seeing the success of places like Snuson, are starting to figure out that communicating with customers pays a dividend.

BTW, I know not this Mark. I know Patrick from V2 was posting here, who is Mark??

Marc is also with V2 as well, he handles a lot of the problem snus. and thats awesome SM is talking to their customers as well. great things happen you do that, people become more loyal to their products thats for sure. Got a bad batch of snus one time from dry as a bone, only a couple cans out of a roll were moist like they were fresh all had the same date oct 2009 in feb. he sent me a whole new roll cuz of my misfortune i had with the order. He helped paulwall9 too he ordered some thunder frosted that had a cracked lid, and another that was partly open all but one perforated tab was busted.

Guy's It is my PLEASURE to answer any quistion ,the first I had heard of snuson was by Ainkor on April 29 then I joined on May 4, and what FUN it has been everybody has been very helpful !!! to me as well

Marc Vogel is the other partner in V2 (V2 = Vogelx2).
His snus career start at FLsnus where he was project manager for there first snus factory and production manager the first 3 years ( 2002-2005)

Tom w/ American Snus seems like a straight shooter. Came across very nice in his emails and gave me whatever info I wanted. He asked me to pass along the empty pouches to local dealers, and I was more than happy to comply.

i spoke with him as well, he asked the same thing i know a few shops around here that sell snus i dont want in rolls ive ordered and are willing to get stuff i ask for, so i think this will be a good thing maybe these shops can help out.

I got the Discreet Snus in, so far ive got one open, its not bad at all, reminds me of Thunder Frosted, and i love thunder frosted. ill let ya'll know how the others go as well, the nicotine level is up to par with some average nicotine rated large portions so thats a plus.
