How much do you snus?

Just wondering how many portions you guys use in a typical day. I recently used snus to quit a heavy smoking habit, so I'm using 8-10 stark portions per day. :shock:

It varies, but in general I am not a heavy user.

On average I'd say about 4-5 portions during the day and 2-3 pris of lös in the evening. If I have a can of stark portions and stark lös open I will usually use a bit less.

I smoked 2 packs a day. I use 12-14 portions/pris a day. With 2-3 being sterks. Some days more sterks, depending on stress levels. I also supplement with nasal snuff.

Now 6-8 portions a day. about 1/2 sterk, 1/2 regular portion.

I'm with Snusdog. Pretty much chain loose all day. Mostly Skruf Stark but I mix in some flavored too.

I'd estimate 6 to 8 portions between the hours of 7AM and 5PM, then 3 or 4 los in the evening, mostly strong snus.

Another chain snuser. Probably about 16 a day now, as I haven't been sleeping as much. Current usage (this week at least) half regular and half sterk. Unless I am using the high test stuff, then more like 12 regular and 4 sterk

i have about 4 a day with a cigg in the late evening to round it off (cant beat a lucky strike smoke)

Around 12 a day. ES portion to wake up. Regular loose during the day. Stark and ES loose in the evening. ES portion for bed.

I never smoked regularly. But I do 4-7 reg portions per day with 1 sterk in there and 1 los in the evening

I go through 3/4 of a can of Ettan a day. Not sure on the 'how manys' as I tend to just add to and freshen up one pris through the day.

I'm curious about the people that use an Icetool with their los...how many ml's do you guys use per pris? I bought a 5ml and I way under estimated how large that actually was. Should have went with the three. Anyhoo, I usually make a pris about 1 1/2 clicks/mls - whatever.

As for how much snus I use a day? I always have something in...about 10-12 portions/pris. All sterk/stark with a few exceptions.

I use 2 clicks on the 3ml IceTool.
