Because of snus, I rarely chain smoke these days unless I'm out with smoking friends. Most of the time, if I have an additional nicotine craving after smoking a cigarette, I'll just pop in a snus. +1 for snus!

Yeah, rarely is not good enough.... The mistake you are making is not popping in a Sterk or Extra sterk when they are smoking, Trust me! If you pop a sterk/ Extra sterk in then.... Even the smell of them smoking will make you want to vomit from the stench or at the very least tolerate it... Stop fantasizing and giving the ciggs the advantage... You have the advantage of not smoking and don't need to because of snus.... Smoking is the biggest mind F*8ck there is... Smoking is just an illusion, Stop and let the snus do it's thing I did on 11/11/11 and I hung onto the ciggs for a year before that and I said let me see if the snus works... Trust me snus does work... So what if you have to do sterks/ Extra Sterks for a while.... Yeah! I Hear ya on that! I'm trying too although this thread does not show it, But It will come in time and slowly for me... I just thank God I'm not smoking and will get there eventually..... Gotta admit, I do love the flavor of alot of sterks that Reg portions don't have... So on I go for now....Comment
