Last night I felt like shit, weird body feelings, really wired, and couldn't sleep. The new thing was On! 8, which was too strong, I wish I hadn't bought it. I know my posts are like my diary blog, but as I laid there I was remembering why I quit oral tobacco before. My mouth was aching, the gum from having a portion. I have all my "stuff" in a lidded container, I want to not use anything and reasses this "return" after a month. I'm feeling now it wasn't the best decision. Just coffee today.

On 8 Cinnamon. In retrospect, I should have gotten a lower dose. Next time I will get a 4 or 2. These are good though, nice small pouch. Good flavor. But it came on strong, and I took it out, after it subsided some, I put it back in, took it out again, then put it back again, and was fine with it for about 30mins. Felt very relaxed, could have gone to sleep. The On quality is better than Juice Head. My nic venture is for mood elevation, I'll call it Nicotine Therapy. I'm not feeding an addiction, nor a nic head, just wanting a huge buzz. I see people on YouTube sticking multiple high dose pouches in their mouth, I think that's abuse and not use, I don't want to be like that. I believe there is positive responsible use to Nicotine Therapy and that's what I want to explore.

That's really old. It's the only old can I kept, because I put guitar picks in it. I actually liked the Tourney Snus, I'd get it at the gas station. Of the American snus this is the best I thought. It did have a mint and wintergreen, but they also had Original which was tobacco, that's the one I liked, these were made in Sweden too. I know people talked bad about them, but I'd rather have this than the Skoal or Camel snus. But I think nicotine pouches have taken over. Why even use tobacco if you don't need to?

Is that Tourney really old or really new. Years ago there was a Tourney snus, it wasn't very good IMO.
