Well, since this is not the PACT act, we need to be clear what this all means for us before we go ordering up all the stock on Buysnus and Northerner.

If I'm not mistaken, this won't affect us in the near term. This just hands over tobacco control to the FDA. Once they have control, they can then get ridiculous with the regulations, but as of now it's just a changing of the guard.
