Love the los, but not the portions

What are the brands of snus that you like as los, but not as portions, or vice versa?

Phantom portions are unusable, but the lös is good.

Kronan portions are tolerable, but the lös is the only lös snus I've thrown out.

Level portions are filled with 100% suck, but I liked the lös.

Göteborgs Rapé lös is a nice treat, the portions are a waste of money. IMHO

I have found I like Phantom Classic portions better than the los. I like Ettan los more than the portions, but both are pretty good.

As yet I haven't found any brand that I like one and hate the other. So far it's been pretty even, if I hate the portions I hate the los also.

Ettan Lös, Röda Lacket Lös and Offroad Cranberry Lös taste better than the portion-variants.

General Original Portions taste better than Genaral Lös.

That's absolutely subjective though. Some brands like Röda Lacket also contain totally different tobacco and flavorings in lös and portions.

Hey lxskllr, didn't I hear you say on another thread that Offroad liquorice los was good, but the portions were pants? (I can attest to the latter). I ask because I have some OR Liq los I haven't tried yet. Plus it would relevant for the purposes of this thread lol.

I never had the licorice portions, but I'd be willing to bet I'd hate them. I haven't had a V2 portion yet that I've liked. The licorice lös is quite tasty... Very flavorful, with lots of licorice... Delicious :^)

Phantom Blue; not the portions, they're big and scratchy. Ettan, can't taste anything in portion form.

Ettan: Lös is Heaven In A Cardboard Can. The portions don't do it justice.

Grov: Vice Versa. Love the portions, wasn't thrilled with it lös.

Rape': Lös is wonderful. The portions would be, too, if they weren't Whites.

General: Lös is better than portions, but I'm not a huge General Fan either way.

Gotlandssnus: Lös beats portions on every count. Their 'Green' variety only comes in portions, unfortunately, but is very unique and tasty.[/list]

Okey-dokey. Well now I'm relishing the prospect - I guess it would be the only liquorice los. I thought the portions were truly crap though. I couldn't finish the can. You say you haven't tried a V2 portion you've liked, did you not like Thunder? I quite like the WG.

I haven't had the Thunder, as I don't want/need anything that strong. I hate wintergreen flavor, so that's also out. For V2 portions, I've had 2 limited edition sets as well as both Phantoms. There wasn't a single one I liked, although a couple had potential with some *heavy* tweaking

Can't really think of any specifics individually. Brand-wise, I like SM portions better than the los and V2 los better than the portions. Skruf is about the same either/or. Gotlands also, although it's a bitch to bake, so I lean towards portions.

Everything else: doesn't matter much I guess, since I don't use them very often anyway.

I don't like Roda Lacket portions at all but the los is great. Same goes for Phantom Blue

I think Ettan loose is infinitely better than the portion version. Same goes for Roda Lacket and Goteborgs Rape.

I prefer Grov loose over the portions, but I don't think the portions are bad at all. As far as portions go, I really like them. This also goes for Gotlands. I adore the loose, but the portions are quite good as well.
