    GeneralSnus.com

I noticed that www.generalsnus.com has been updated substantially. Take a look for yourself. There are a few videos and some segments about tobacco harm reduction. If you're 21 or older, you can get free samples of General Original Portions, General White Portions, General Wintergreen, and General Mini Mint.

Ahh, to live in the good tobacco state of North Carolina.

I am excited, I will actually get to try several that I have never tried. And it has to be way over a year since I tried just straight General. So they really may have a chance to get business from me this way.

Free snus, always good.

I got the trial can from GetSnus as well but then again I did pay a $1 towards shipping so maybe that it is why it worked and getting free samples and free shipping is what the MN statute is about.

Didn't work for me  Maryland is a no go. I did however send some to my dad in Florida to try. He's been trying to kick cigs and I told him about snus and he was interested,so fingers crossed.

How would anyone know if it was a free sample or not?
Can you get tobacco by mail in that state at all?

                      Tom

It's not a question if anyone would "know". General knows the state laws and simply won't violate them. Probably a wise business decision. And the laws that ban free samples don't ban shipping tobacco, hey only ban the sending of "free samples". Probably from a misguided belief they are "protecting" their citizens from getting addicted to nicotine.

getsnus.com also has a link up for the General sampler also, in with their free introductory can list.

It's a way to get it, not quite free (you have to pay $1 shipping), if the General website won't let you get the free samples (add NY to the list of states that won't allow free samples), though if you've already gotten a free can from getsnus in the past, you can't get it at all.
