i put in a portion of triumph mint(which i have used ever since i started snusingabout 6ish months ago..) and at first it was like any other time...then it got way to sweet...i almost gagged...felt like i had to throw up....why??? thats what i want to know..

Welcome to the world of traditional snus. I still pop an occasional Triumph, but it is extremely sweet compared to my favorites.

I second that. Triumph was decent before I starting using traditional snus. The Mint flavor reminds me of toothpaste. As for the Original, its simply too sweet.

See, us old timers have it good. did Swedish long before Camel or Triumph existed. So when I did try them, I was already used to the traditional snus, so I have ALWAYS treated them like desert snus. A pleasant treat, no more. But never used them with any frequency. For the past 4 months or so, I have one Triumph every night as my last snus before bed.
