Claq Qui just Roda extra strength?

Got a roll of Claq Qui, and I'm just wondering what others think of it's flavor. To me, it's simply Roda on steroids in a regular pouch. But maybe my snus palate isn't yet finely developed.

    It's definitely a gum-burner.

I pretty much agree. I think it has a slightly more tobaccoesque taste. Good stuff!

Any kind of strong snus will have a more robust flavor of tobacco, since whole leaf tobacco is used to raise the nicotine level. I have not tried regular Roda Lacket yet, so I can't compare the two. However, I love Claq Qui. It has the mild zest of Nick and Johnny with a tasty sweet undertone.

I agree with snusjus -- a more naturally fruity flavor with the zest of N&J. I'm not a big fan of Roda, but love Cloq Qui. I think I could get by on just Claq Qui, N&J, and a regular, not sure which. Even though Cloq has more nicotine, I just seem to get a bigger hit from N&J.

To me, Claq Qui tastes like an amped up version of Triumph Original (also made by swedish match)

The thing I like about Claq Qui is they it is an original portion and not white. I only use a couple portions of this each week, but I like the fruity tones in it.

Claq Qui is like the older cousin with the hairy back and fast car.

Roda Lacket is the little twerp with the peach fuzz mustache and skate board.

They have something in common, but are different.

Roda Lacket you can leave alone with your sister and feel comfortable.

Claq Qui might slip her a roofie when she aint looking.

                Awesome analogy bakerbarber.

I can, however, compare the los Roda Lacket to the Claq Qui. The los version is definitely less saltier and has a mellower flavor. On the other hand, Claq Qui is very convenient for days at work. I still love the los and strong version of Roda Lacket. Since discovering the discreet and fast way of the "pinch method", I might abandon portion snus all together!

Me has noticed that the Cla-Qui has a licorice note which I never really picked up with RL.

I think the flavor of Claq Qui is nice, but it definitely gives you that nicotine, back of your throat, peppery burn. I'm finding I like the smoother, milder snuses (ettan los is my favorite so far), so obviously your tastes may vary.

Claq Qui is actually the first snus I found too hard to handle and had to spit it out. The experience went something like this...

2 min: This is nice, good flavor, yum.
5 min: Whoa! This is awesome. Extreme rush.
15 min: Sweating, shaking... slow the ride down please.
25 min: Wimped out, spit the thing out and swore off nicotine forever.

Didn't last though, cause cause after I calmed myself down a bit I was back to ettan los and coffee.

Personally liked this the best out of the three Swedish Match high nic snuses released almost all together, liked flavor better tham Grov Black, liked the slightly less intense burn than the extra sterk General, overall have found it to be my standby portion to use at work, can keep it in for a couple hours and still has flavor, keeps a nice steady flow of nicotine, just really good stuff.

I haven't had a chance to try claw or any other new snus yet, but I'll probably go for some Thunder or General ES. The General got me on brand loyalty, but Sage and Xobe's glowing reviews convinced me to try it...
