Tre Ankare Los

Yeah, I know they don't make such a thing. BUT, I am starting to explore the world of loose, and was curious if there is any with a flavor close to Tre?

Ettan, and Grov would be the closest.

I always thought of Goteborgs Prima Fint as the loose version of Tre Ankare - it's very fine ground like the Tre is and has a mild flavour which is of sweet tobacco.

Ah, I forgot about Prima. I think you might be right. Tre Ankare has an earthiness that Prima Fint lacks though. I wonder if it would be closer blending some Ettan in with the Prima Fint.

Sorry my friend. I was hopeful something was hiding out there.

Ettan doesn't have it. I like the Ettan, but it's not right. I'll have to order some Prima. it was on my list for the next order anyway.

I haven't tried anything that I think tastes like a Tre Ankare Los would (holy shit that would be good). Prima Fint Los is good in it's own right. It bakes real easy and hangs together well. The taste is Ettan like, but slightly diferent.

My taste buds might be completely out of whack but Kronan los taste pretty close to tre ankare portions.
