I'm assuming that Swedish power is 220v 50Hz, but U.S. power is 110v 60 Hz... It might work for a little while, but it would probably stop working or start his house on fire...

They do make adapters, but they're bulky transformers; it wouldn't be worth the hassle for just a small fridge.

I remember going to a concert at a club once where one of the bands was from Europe. While they were on stage, the singer mentioned how they had to borrow equipment at every show because they forgot those adapters. If anyone has ever been in a band, you know how much crap there is to plug in, especially if you're playing live.....that would definitely suck.

I am really thinking about getting one of these. I have always wanted my own real snus fridge. So what do you exactly need to get this working on US power?

It would be good if they provided more information about the gubbins of it. For all we know it might accept multiple voltages.

How much do you think it would cost to ship it?

i just put one in my cart and the shipping didn't go up at all.

9 bucks shipping for 2 rolls of Wise, and the fridge.

              Can't really beat that.

I'm sure they'd have to change the shipping cost after the purchase.

Thats what I was looking at also. I guess it's just best to ask northerner what is needed and to see if it accepts different voltages. Ill ask and try to let you guys know

Do you all defrost your portions in the fridge before using them when you take them out of the deep freeze (assuming freezer storage)?
