If wanted to start a small Snus store back home in Upstate N.Y. in a small collage town with the Snus I can get online what do guys think the best way of going about would be.

The best way would be not to do it at all. Most of the good snus isn't approved for sale by thr FDA, and being a college town puts you in the signts of compliance fanatics. You know, where they send someone in to check your carding practices...
If I /were/ to do it, I'd open a hipster shop/light cafe, and sell it on the counter with little fanfare. -
