Favorite Pomegranate Snus?

I noticed that there are a few different brands that offer pomegranate flavored snus, and I wanted to put a few cans in on my next order.

Any recommendations?

The Mocca mini is not bad if you like minis. The only Cran I have tried is Skruf, I would rate it as just OK in the flavor department.

The only Cran I've tried is Offroad, and it was the lös. I liked it just fine, it reminded me of Kool-Aid powder before you add the sugar.

I got the mocca pomegranite minis. They are OK. The flavor is strong in that you don't get much tobacco flavor. Also, the salt is mutted. They are not as sweet as Camel snus but they do have a fruity sweetness. Not too bad. Didn't seem to have much nic though - but maybe that was because I'd just had a Lucky Strike in before that.

Of the cranberry offerings, I think I've had 'em all. The Skruf Tranbar is good but it's just a hint of flavor and might leave you lacking for more of a taste. The Offroad cranberry (I think) is better flavorwise, but Offroad portion bags are generally too wet IMO.

The big winner for me in cranberry is the Offroad Strong Cranberry. Nice flavor, not too sweet and the portion bags are dryer, not wet. I keep this in rotation. I think it's Offroads best portion snus.

Nothing (that I know of) has as big a nic hit as Skruf Stark at 14 mg./portion. Still... Offroad Strong Cran is good. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

So, the "Strong Cranberry" could be referring to the flavor, and not necessarily the nic hit...

I'll have to try it out in my next order.

So, the "Strong Cranberry" could be referring to the flavor, and not necessarily the nic hit...

No. Absolutely not. Offroad standard portions have 8 mg/g nicotine. Their Strong portions have 12 mg/g. The cranberry flavor is about the same in both. Still not overtly sweet, but more there than in the Skruf. The Strong portions (also) aren't as wet as their standard portions seem to be.

^^^That is true. The "strong" versions definitely have more kick than the regular. Normally, I stay away from strong portions, but I usually end up spitting out Offroad portions within 30 minutes, so the nicotine does not hit me like a normal strong would...
