Any one get scratched gums if they use portions? usually doesnt happen but I have been folding the pouches and was wondering if anyone else has had these problems? And is it possible to just stick with Los or should you use portions as well

I think with Los or portions you will from time to time have abrasion issues. It is a bit more pronounced with portions than it is with los.........that said dry snus, high salt, high nicotine will tend to irritate your gums more than fresh regular strength snus.
