A trip to the snuser's heaven

    Hi all,

I've just come back from Sweden. That was amazing! Other than being a really nice country, it's the heaven for people using snus!

I really want to thank forum member Blotgode. He's a really nice and friendly guy, and he brought me to an amazing shop! I regret I didn't take a picture: I think they have every kind of existing snus, and, furthermore, it's incredibly cheap. A can of the main brands is like 1,50 euros cheaper that in normal shops, that makes around 15 euros less per roll. He was a perfect guide, I really had a nice day.

That's the snus stack I finally brought home:

You went there just for snus or you just bought snus because you went to Sweden? If the former was your objective, it's a small stash isn't it?

Well spotted. Yeah, there's also a can of Skoal. It's a present made by Blotgode, he told me he really loves that stuff and wanted to make me try some

The shop is called 2baco, it's in Nykoping, very close to Skavsta airport. I found that picture on the web, but it's not very clear.

All the left side of the shop there are rolls of several brands, even the less commons. Then there are several fridges behind the desk and in the middle of the shop where the most famous brands are kept (SM, Skruf, etc.).

Yes that's true. All the less popular brands aren't refrigerated. I was a bit surprised, too, but appearently people doesn't care too much. While I was in the shop a couple of persons came in, took a roll from the rack and bought it. Anyway all the SM products were in the fridge, even the budget ones.

if anyone else is interested in a visit to "snus heaven" so you just have to pm me, it's just nice to meet other snus users from other countries, (if I'm off from work,) I'll pick up at Skavsta airport and guide you to the store and even a city tour if interested

It was nice to meet you "Stark", and you are welcome back whenever you want

"keeping snus in a refrigerator is a recommendation not a must ... because snus is date marked ..." ;p

That's very nice from you Blotgode.

Two years ago I lived for a year in Stockholm. I tried snus a couple of times and even bought a few cans, but I didn't have a real interest on it and kept smoking. Now that I use snus actively, I regret not buying all the snus I now want while I was there, I was in snus heaven and didn't care
