Do anybody know how much time it takes (in general) to get used to regulars after sterks ? In the way when we use the same amount of pouches and same timing

It's different for everyone. I use them the same regardless if they are sterks or regular.

if you do the way i explained above it takes no time!

i was worried but here's what i did that made it easy: you are using a sterk then go to bed as normal (without a snus in) and then when you wake up after 7 or so hours without nic then start using the 8mgs or whatever. Worked for me. Good luck.

^^^ Works for me....I got a little carried away with starks and cut back by adjusting my "breakfast"...

Just do it. It takes a week and it's not uncomfortable.
