General Onyx

I threw in a couple of cans with my last order. It cant be that bad. The only kinds I dont like at all right now are Catch Eucalyptus and Goat Rape.

I found it a bit rich and the nic hit underwhelming.
Very nicely presented though.
It's nice as a treat now and again but it's not an every day snus for me.

I use Onyx pretty much every other portion, unless I want an ES for those special times that a really need the nic bump. I just love the flavor, and mouth feel of the portion material.

I love Oynx, as long as I don't try and overuse it. Usually a special treat about once a month for me

You summed up my relationship with Onyx perfectly.

As far as General goes, I think Onyx is the absolute best of the line. However, I can't use it often. I went on an Onyx bender when I first got into it and completely burnt myself out. I didn't use it again for about eight months.

These days I'll buy a can every now and again and make it last. For me it's a desert snus.

Which way wedge?

Just got these today and I too like the taste and the texture of the bag material.

But I'm a bit confused by the wedge shape...!

Is there a right way or a wrong way to place it?
After it's been in for a while and been moved towards the back, it works very well with the thin bit pointing backwards and the thick bit towards the front. But at the beginning, I'm not quite sure which way around to put it.

I'm leaning towards the thin bit towards the centre (under my nose) and the thick bit over my canine.

But is this right or is there even a wrong way?

Perhaps it should be vertical... help!

Thought ye were on aboot the agony bags (bagpipes) :lol:

I put the fat end of the wedge to the middle of my front teeth with Onyx - I usually snus on the right hand side for this Snus whereas for Claq Qui or Odens Extra Stark I put it square in the middle.

I know this keeps coming back to the front page lol.

I just got some of these in and they are OK. I dont get some of the reviews about them being strong though. The drip is mild and tasty but it is the middle of the day. The citrus lemony flavor is strong and not unpleasant at all. I would probably get tired of it quickly if I wanted to use em all the time.

From reading about them, I thought the portion bag would be shaped into a triangle shape but I see that the snus itself is sorta pressed into this shape. The bag is pretty comfy but feels kinda off a little if I switch sides.

All in all, pretty tasty.

Like with all portions, I mush up the bag so it's got even tobacco throughout. Makes sense to me, plus it helps with snus bulge.
