Thanks, I am certainly trying. I'm on a break at work and its so nice to be able to relax in my car, have a snus, and have some music going, as opposed to having to look for somewhere to smoke outside. Can't smoke on premises here.

Congratulations to you, dman21! It's harder for some to quit than for others. You're doing a great job.

Hmm.. interesting. That's a good way of doing things too. I, personally, have no intention of giving up nicotine anytime soon. Maybe down the road, maybe not.

Never thought I'd say this, but I am proud to call myself a nonsmoker! One thing I notice though is that despite getting my nic and fulfilling my hand to mouth, the cigarette still brings back a sense of comfort. One reason I totally quit is because when I do give in and have one I physically feel nauseated and repulsed if I do. Thanks to all who have sent me snus and getting the ball rolling on this for me. Never thought I'd totally give up smoking as a result of experimenting with snus and other smokeless alternatives.
Way to go mate! Well that is what i am aiming to. But smoking heavily i recently switched to vaping. My plan is to gradually lessen the nicotine content of my e-juice until i can vape a nicotine-free e-juice.

Went a month and a half on patches once but went back to smoking thinking that it would solve the anxiety issues i was having at the time... it didnt. Just remember if anything pops up and makes you think that way its a lie your telling yourself, you'll be exactly the same with the cigs but with the added extra of feeling like shit.

This time cig free for 3 weeks myself... It's been easy so far, thank the almighty smurfs for snus.
    Plus one for that bro

For sure, I have no intention of going back. Why smoke when there are healthier, cleaner, more efficient ways of obtaining nicotine? I feel way better too, despite the fact that I am still very much a nicotine addict.

Congrats man! I'm a heavy drinker, that was my downfall. Then I found Odens Extreme... cured me (of the smokes, not booze; -)). Now I have a cigar every now and then when I'm with smoker friends and drinking. Keep it up!

Heck yes! So far, I am on day 8 and have no regrets. I'm coughing up shit, but it's a reassurance knowing my lungs are cleaning themselves out from 6 years of inhaling vile poison.
