Not so much my gums, but the inside of the lip area really bigs me. I think my lips and the snus are kinda dry, making snusing no fun for me. How can I slightly rehydrate the snus and my mouth? I have been using non alcohol mouthwash as well.

Lick it, thats what I do, also lick the inside of our lip before you put the portion in. -
Are you new to snus? If you are it will take a couple of weeks for your gums to get used to it. Personally, I don't' have any problems with white portions - when they get saliva on the portion it should be pretty much the same.
Just try some non white portions.Comment

get some Biotene spray, toothpaste, mouthwash or all three. It really helps the dry mouth thing.Comment

Yeah - whites will do that ... remember when you first started snusing and what an assault on your gums it seemed at the time ... whites are DRY - they need partial rehydrating so they don't grate and at worst stick to your gums.Squeezyjohn

Not new to snusing, I went like two weeks without any to see if any teeth whitening would happen, and I only saw a very slight improvement, I'd rather just snus haha. I had an ecig but would rather harm my mouth than my lungs, cuz who knows whats in those things. Thanks for the info.Comment

General original after two cans in a row always makes my upper lip sore I think its just something about the flavoring that my gums react to. It does not stop me from using it I just ignore the slight pain and keep going. If you are only using white portions stick them on your tongue wet them real good and move to upper lip that might help if its just rubbing against your gums.Comment
