I love Göteborgs Rape lös, but dislike the grind. Am I the only one?

Hey there,

I use portions/lös just about equally, but usually will try to get lös when it's available. I've always been a fan of Göteborgs Rape, and find the flavour to be even better in lös form (as I find with most snus), but I'm really not a fan of the grind on this snus. It's really course, and I find it's hard to make a prilla with, and no matter how I roll it, it manages to crumble.

I'll continue using this lös because I love the flavour, but it's a pain in the ass, and I'd love for SM to grind this snus like Prima Fint/Röda Lacket. Am I the only one who feels this way? Don't misunderstand me, it's a great snus, I'm just not a fan of the grind.

I like the grind ok. I tend to prefer coarser grinds like Rapé and Grov for snus control, and nibbly bites, but the fines and ultra fines like Ettan and Röda for mouth feel. If I could have only one style, it would be coarse.

I think it has to do with what batch you get as well. I've had probably hundreds of cans of thunder frosted that were formed into a prilla like a dream but the last roll i got of it was just a stubborn little bitch to deal with.
