    Try General.
General is the best selling snus and will give you an idea about the base flavor of swedish snus.

There are some sampler/variety packs that are an economical way of sampling different snus.

Try whatever appeals to you. I reccomend reading this forum a bit to see other's opinions and then judging for yourself.

A major part of the experience is the experiment to find your own niche.

Try los and portions and retry the brands you disliked the first time. Don't be too quick to judge one flavor. Your taste will evolve. Espesially if you have recently or eventually do quit smoking.

    welcome aboard.
read a little about what everyone's opinions are.

Hey there, Brad, another new snuser here. I haven't really gotten into the loose snus-- just too clumsy, I guess, and I'm too cheap to buy the tool.

I ordered an assortment from buysnus, and found some that were really good, and others... well, not so much. Stay away from anything Offroad. I tried the cranberry, and threw it away immediately. It's a total waste of money and tastes like Satan's teabags.

My favorite non-flavored snus has to be Göteborg's Rapé. Just a great taste and it lasts for a long time.

Flavored snus- I tried the Elixir Peppermint, and they're not bad. Weird texture, though, so try not to move it around too much once you get it in there. It's like there are little twigs in it or something. Also, the bags are not always sealed at the ends. Just a heads-up. Otherwise really good, and lasts a good while.

          Hope this helps!

          Chris.
