A new place for reviews, in Estonian!

Whoa, How did you get to Tallink ships, SM dictatorship has been there as long as I remember, that's good news for estonians, finns and latvians, where all those ships sail, will definitely write this on the blog aswell! Yes this is the rough number of around 20 000, can't say where I know this because it could do some harm to my contacts but yes. I will put a link to odenssnus.com in the blog aswell if thats ok.

Right now I'm in a stage of getting publicity, thankfully I've got Snubie.com's support, which will make things more easier, but as the blog is in Estonian and meant for rather small market, then I don't hope too much out of it, just a cool place where to post reviews, stop some stupid myths that are going around in here and so on.

Wishing you the best of luck, I'll add a banner to my site soon so I can get some folks coming over to you. I have a lot of readers from that area so it'll be nice to tell them a place to check out some reviews and whatnot in their native tongue!

I figure this is a good place to put this. It's a non-Estonian review of an Estonian themed snus :^D

A friend recently sent me a custom made snus that has the flavor of Vana Tallin; an ancient liquor revered in Estonia. I highly recommend visiting their site, and thoroughly exploring it. It's both entertaining, and informative. Did you know the Jamaicans invaded Estonia in the 17th century? It's true, they said so on the site. Check it out...

About the snus...

It smells fruity and sweet in the tin, and unsurprisingly tastes fruity and sweet. It has a mild burn, and a background bitterness. The Vanna Tallinn site claims citrus and spice. I'll have to take their word for it. I do get a citrus flavor, but it isn't obvious to me. It's kind of like candied Christmas fruits, where the individual flavors aren't distinct. I also can't quite identify the spice. Cinnamon I'd say, but it also reminds me a bit of nutmeg. It tastes alcoholic, though I don't know if it uses the actual spirit.

This wouldn't be an all day snus for me due to the sweetness, but it makes a great treat snus. The flavor lasts forever, and though it's sweet, it has a sophisticated flavor profile; definitely not kiddie stuff.

I'm not sure why I'm writing the review since this isn't available, but I guess I just am. I wanted to make one sooner, but haven't been in a very literate mood lately. If nothing else, it helps promote Vanna Tallinn which as I understand it, is hugely popular in Estonia. If you see it in a store, you can try a bit of Estonian culture, and get an idea of what that part of the world is about :^)
