    Maryland Tobacco Tax Increase

Well they are at it again! It looks like they doubled the smokeless tax to 30%. Non premium cigars to 70% (little cigars). Premium cigars to 15%. The only good thing is that it is almost impossible for me to even find a taxable product that I would want. Internet sales are prohibited, so that 30% tax is not going to get collected on snus. Now Pennsylvania to the north is Tax free, and West Virginia is 7%. Time to put on those traveling shoes!
