It looks like it will be straight/natural/old recipe tobacco and mint/wintergreen only. My guess would be menthol would also be allowed for snuff.

Man this will suck if it goes this way.

it's cleat that the tobacco lobby has been paid again to ban certain brands of snus again (lol)

Eu just f'ing sucks, if you ban the flavored snus then ban the f'ing flavored cigars too (then it would make some logic) and there are hundreds of brands that come with flavor cigars as well.

Yeah, i was looking at that the other day. I'd say about 95% of all snus has some kinda flavour additives in it ... I think they're after flavour additives in tobacco products as a whole, so if it does go through, it will end most snuff as well

Yes, some cases can drag on for years, like complex legal cases. However, i don't think this is a complex legal case, full of complex legal arguments. You only have to look at how quick the hammer fell when the cancer organization in Finland filed the law suit against SWW, in an instant the bank accounts were frozen and the assets simultaneously seized. After that i you remember, all the online snus stores in the EU cut supply off for a while, and they have good lawyers. My guess would be, we will find out over the summer. Let's hope it goes our way and our supply isn't cut off for good ... If it does go tits-up we will have a lot more smokers around, good job anti cancer organization, well done, have a cookie from the cookie jar, totally counterproductive move ...
