Northerner usually this slow?

I know its Easter weekend and everything, but last Wednesday I purchased Snus from Northerner.com and they still haven't shipped it. I ordered expediated shipping so im a little bummed out on their service.

Spent $160 and all of the items were being shipped from the PA location =.=

I have tried contacting them and nothing is happening. Will they refund the money I spent on the faster shipping?

was any of the snus you ordered not in stock? I ordered Wednesday night and it shipped the next morning. Tracking has it arriving tomorrow. I was careful to only order in stock items though.

Yeah, every item I ordered was in stock and said 500+ with greenlight from the PA warehouse.

I have contacted them several times and no reply. It's all paid and I used a Credit card so i don't understand the delay or lack of response =.= I want my Extra strong snus :P haha

Based in the large number of virtually identical treads, your experience is not at all unusual.

In my recent experience with them they were darn slow. In fact to get my order from them I had to substitute to something I really did not want. But I was low on snus.

My brother has made an order about 55 days ago from US warehouse and it's still not here.........

It's not Northerner's fault though ..... the customs and everything...............

Average about 7-10 mailing days in the US. Average about 3-5 mailing days coming from Europe.
