That's a really curious way to describe it... visually disturbing too.
Indeed it is, but it's still tobacco nazis, and it's still pissing me off. I see it a bit like gorilla warfare, they capture their weapons, (the pictures) and use them against them.
I dunno, I find it quite funny in a tragic way. There are people going out in their spare time and photographing packets of cigarettes and putting them on Facebook. Big tobacco must be quaking in their boots.

That Facebook account does really stink. It's basically setup by tobacco Nazis and they're asking people to gather and post evidence for them to support them in their quest.
I'm sure a lot of the images they're using they don't have the copyright to do so and if I was Buysnus I'd go after them for having a screenshot of their store on there. I mean first copyright and second Buysnus haven't shipped to the EU in ages due to their (no doubt) buddies in Finland. & what snus shops choose do to outside of the EU is no business of Bath Uni's.
Maybe Bath Uni could do something more constructive with it's time like teaching/learning factual and useful stuff?
Maybe they should be chucked off Facebook for advertising tobacco. I mean all those pictures of tobacco must surely be against an EU tobacco directive. I mean, remember it should be hidden away to protect the children :-)
Now you’ve got me thinking, I’ve just clicked the report page and it has different categories you can pick. It also has a link saying “is this your intellectual property?”
One of the images they use is from www.imperial-trade.com. Not the site directly I don’t think, but surely they must have copyright on the image ?
We could get in touch with Imperial Tobacco and tell them about the copyright and/or other intellectual property issues with using the pictures ? what do we think ?

How can we go to war with stuff like this? I know we can do facebook pages and the like, but they will never look at it, so what’s the point.
I guess we could coordinate it in a closed group. I’d like to piss them off, get under their skin with email bombs and stuff like that. Every time they post an email address, we hit it with the positive side of the argument.
