That day sadly is today. Yes I was cleaning it in the midst of getting ready for work this morning it disappeared on me. I was 15 mins late leaving the house for searching for that thing. But I will say this when your forced to learn how to hand bake and your jones'n for a snus. You learn how pretty damn quick. I will say this tho...I sorta like a good hand bake because I can actually get it a lot more dense than my prismaster. And that's even after taking it out of the PM and baking it with my fingers even more...

buy an icetool. you won't lose that thing......in fear of having to pay for another.

Prismasters is OK, but I find it more rewarding to put a hand made prilla under my lip. It's a bit like rolling your own cigarettes compared to buying factory made.

Everytime I handbake, it lasts 20mins tops, then becomes a mudslide...I may be handbaking disabled

Its technique. Palm the hell out of it and make a boxed rectangle with your fingers. Don't worry about making it rounded because it will conform to the inside of your lip no matter how hard you pack it. If anyone tells you they have kept loose in for over an hour they either know how to keep the mudslide pushed back or they put a rock in their mouth instead of snus. 20-30 mins is about the max my loose stay together and anything after that is just dealing with what's sliding out of my lip and spitting the little bits out if I can. I use an Icetool and I have fallen asleep with a prila in my mouth and woke up 5 hours later with it still there. I normally keep los in for an hour at a time, all the time. It can be done.

I then toss it in my mouth, and tuck it in place with my tongue.

I can handbake and hillbilly pinch like a Swedish farmer, but I prefer icetool for consistency. When I handbake or pinch I use too much and the can don't last as long. So I want to keep things consistent for cost and my nic tolerance. Plus it makes me feel like a fancy bitch.

Absolutely. So many people make the whole handbaking thing out to be this tricky art form, and I was watching videos and reading descriptions by people, and then I realized that really it doesn't matter. The hardest part about starting to use los is figuring out how to use your tongue to keep it together and where you want it.

I take a pinch with my first two fingers and thumb and with those fingers of the other hand, shape into a ball. You have total control over how tightly packed you want it, and it takes no time at all. A couple seconds for a nice new can, a couple extra seconds when you get down to the last of a can and the snus has become more crumbly. As you're shaping it, you might find it's a little big, so just pinch off a little. I can easily leave a prilla in for over an hour, and when I take it out, it hasn't even come close to sliding down. If I can figure it out, anybody can.

I have an icetool and usually I keep my pris in for an hour or more. I sometimes have a slide but when I feel it is becoming too loose and falling apart I sort of push my tounge to my inside upper lip and push the inside of my lip where the snus is downwards and pull it into place. That doesn't make sense but I can't think of how to describe it. I do that a couple times during the pris, and about 5 minutes into it i take two fingers and gently push it as high into my lip as it will go. The pris becomes a little less of a shape but still maintains good flavor and doesn't slide. I have only tried this with ettan and general though, other brands may differ.
