Skruf products..

I ordered a can of each.. these are my first non Swedish Match purchases. I have heard lots of you extoll the virtue of Skruf Stark and I figured ah, why the hell not try it all.

So, which should I start with? (Aside from the Stark, saving that for this weekend's long road trip)

Knox is also made by Skruf and I was really impressed with the quality and flavor for such a cheap snus.

Knox is my favorite of the Skruf line. Don't get me wrong, I definitely dig on some Stark Loose on a semi-regular basis, but Knox has a wonderful flavor that I never tire of and the price just can't be beat. I can easily use it every day and not tire of it. Knox portion has become my daily brand.

Is the tranbar stark as well?

I haven't seen it labeled anywhere as such, but the nic seems a bit stronger.

Scruff Trabar one of my favorites. They say this about their products "Skruf snus is manufactured with the best selection of tobacco leafs. Each tobacco leaf has been manually selected by experts. Only the best parts of the leafs are selected, such as the topp and mid sections"

Skruf Original and Cranberry have about 9mg Nictoine per portion as opposed to the SM standard products' (eg General) with 8mg and so they are a little stronger.

It's not much but it's indeed noticeable. Good stuff - Skruf Tranbär is one of my absolute favorites among the flavored snus types.

I have tried Skruff Stark Los, Skruff Original Portion, Skruff Tranbar Portion, and Knox Los from what I can remember. I think my favorite was definitely the knox. Cant beat the price either. The rest of them were good as well. Im not a huge fan of flavorful snus such as Tranbar, but it was not bad and well worth a shot. I am sure you will enjoy them.

Threw in some stark last night and this stuff blows N&J away when it comes to a strong portion. Breaking into the Tranbar this afternoon. Will have to order Knox next time and give it a shot. Tried Kronan last time as a cost saver and that stuff tastes awful. I threw it in the trash :P

When I first heard about Skruf Tranbar (Cranberry), the thought of cranberry flavored tobacco did not sound good to me. However, after hearing some positive comments I decided to try it.

I was really surprised how enjoyable it was. The cranberry flavor goes great with the tobacco, and this is my favorite snus to use while enjoying a nice cold beer. I always keep a can of Skruf Tranbar on hand.

I'm on the opposite side of the fence on the Cranberry, I fount the tart taste to be a rather unpleasant accompaniment to the tobacco flavor. I also didn't like the Catch cassis-menthol though, so maybe I'm just a freak.

Stark Portion, and Knox Portion both kick ass though.
