I've quit snus now... I had my last snus 48 hrs ago, and it still is a bit tough. I've quit because I've recently started in a driving school to get the motorcycle license, so I gotta save my money to get a proper bike... I'll probably be back on the "snus wagon" in a year or two.

I've also reduced my snus intake

I happen to like dip and chew..... and will stick to all of them.... like 2 - 3 portions per day....

One portion ........... one dip and one chew :^)

SNUSING is better than smoking, and snus has helped me quit smoking ............ if anyone has any problems with snus can just **** off

what are the symptoms like hanske ?

I've been snusing a lot less these last days and I kinda' have headaches ..........................it also might be from the caffeine withdrawal/sinusitis god know what's happening lol

But I am taking now 4 - 5 portions per day.......................

I've said this before, and I'm saying it again. I wanna quit, because I am concerned with my mouth health, and my top teeth are uneven and it makes snus use not so comfortable. Plus, I have diabetes which really affects your gums, and I just get this mental concern and feel like I am going to lose my teeth. I have nothing against tobacco, oral or otherwise, this is just my personal concern with my gum/teeth health, I don't think I have to be a fanatic to quit like killthecan disciples. I only used snus like 3 times a day anyway. I told myself if I can not use it for a full week, then I'll consider myself having quit, and will put the few cans I have up on the exchange board. Now, really, I wish I didn't feel the need to quit, because I like it, but I feel it is negatively contributing to my gum/teeth health, plus, even though I have used snus for a few years, my darn upper teeth are uneven and it was always a comfort issue. Sucks. But it really plays with my mind.

@precious. My symptomes are a slight tickling feeling in the chest. The same feeling that I get if I haven't had any snus or caffeine, just a bit more intense. And my mood isn't very stable...

seems like some mild nicotine withdrawal symptoms ... not very severe

well, congrats hanske ... quitting snus ..... is a personal choice but .. you can pop in a portion or huge prila of loose say once a month to enjoy the flavor

won't hurt anyone

I'll stay away from snus for a few months, so I can save every penny of my money. Then, when I have a bike, I'll probably go back to it. I can ride my bike to Sweden then, so I don't have to pay for the bus
