That isn't consistent with the current wording of the law. It would seem to me that the law certainly doesn't prevent a Swede from sending his brother, who happens to be at university in Germany, a roll of Snus. I don't see how they could possibly have any charges against the recepient of a small snus shipment. I would certainly fight any such charges with great confidence if they were brought against me.

Again, possession and use of snus is absolutely 100% legal all through the EU. You run, imho, no risk whatsoever when ordering small amounts.

Can we all stop calling the customs and excise there is no need. The law has not changed regarding the import of tobacco products for personal use. A precedence was set about where the point of sale was when ordering online. The law may change at the end of the year when Brussels make a decision on the new tobacco directive that is going through so for now just order your stuff from America.

Ok Snusify I hope it hasn't changed it would benefit all of us in the EU.

But that is so Idiotic I mean they close the stores but still allow personal consuption snus passed through the border...

Well yeah I'm saying idiotic because what I would have paid for shipping 3 KG of snus on Northerner.... I can pay a round trip to Sweden (flight) and bring the bacon home !

        it's the same thing basically
