Anyone like Knox?

I bought a can but sold it cheap to a friend after a few portions. It's OK, but tastes a bit unpleasant. No General or Grov competitor, that's for sure.

Never tried Knox. My favorite budget brand is Granit -- it tastes better than some premium brands too!

I don't care for Knox and yeah the smell is pretty bad indeed. What is most striking about this thread is that many of you have not tried Skruf Stark Lös! It is a terrific snus, Monkey and Wicked get on it!

I'd have to agree, Skruf Stark Los and Skruf Extra Stark Los are among the best Los you could ever have and are way better than their portions counterparts. Roo, I know you like the Portions, But I never did and was hesitant on trying the Los awhile back and glad I did .... Monkey, I'm really surprised that you haven't tried them yet as i know your into Los... You really need to try Skruf Los...

As for Knox, Never tried it and have no desire to....

Knox los is a great intro snus for dippers IMO.

It has a courser grind and a very bold flavor (both of which help coming from dip)

That said, as my taste adjusted, I found the boldness to be a bit overwhelming. Thus I have dropped Knox from my regular rotation.

Nonetheless it is a quality snus and well worth a try.



Also, on a side note......................

Since we are talking so much about Skruf................has anybody notices a slip in the quality.

Skruf has been one of my favorite loses..............however I just finished a can that was damn near nasty.

I'm hoping it was just a bad batch

or Scruf will be the next to get the boot from the rotation

got a can of skruf los in the fridge. Had one pris from it and it sucked so there it sits for an emergency like, Japan style....

Already gave them the boot. I discovered the stark lös late, and only got a couple tins before the quality dropped. I can't be bothered. They don't even care about snus. they're just a me too company trying to cash in on some kroner. No reason to use them when a company like Gellivare exists.

Yea it seems since my previous bulk order and the one I am working on now the quality took a dive (I'm still hoping it was just a bad can..............but the signs aren't looking good)

Yeah it's sad as it was about the perfect los a year ago. Well screw em is what I say. V2 makes some wonderful los as well

Gellivare is some good stuff - you can almost taste the pride.
