I wouldn't be surprised if IKEA would do such a thing. Their shops always offers typical Swedish goods (food, candy and such).

I actually believe it has been the coincidence - my mom (who is Swedish) once told me that she saw snus in an IKEA. It might have been in Sweden though ... and then it really wouldn't surprise me.
