Any tips for snusing Loose?

Hey yal i bought a can of General Loose yesterday and so far have used two prillas worth, i am strugglin with this stuff. Baking it is easy and i am able to get a nice brick of snus made but it falls apart right as i am sticking it into my lip, then i am stuck with a broken prilla in my lip and snus powder all over my mouth so i was just wonderin if yall had any tips for snusing loose

Try pulling your lip away from your upper teeth before jamming the prilla in. Make sure it's right in the upper crease. With some practice you'll be able to jam it in there with no problems at all.

Two tips...

1 Don't compress it too tightly when baking...you want it to stick together but not be like a brick. Mold it but don't compress it tightly. It is not as fragile as you think it os when it is lightly molded. The tighter you bake it the more fragile it becomes and the more likely it is to crack and crumble.

2. Practice.

Yes, go to your pharmacist and ask them for a 3ml syringe without the needle. Cut off the end of the syringe (where the needle is inserted). Pull the plunger up about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch and then with the end of the syringe pack in your tobacco. Then put your thum at the top of the syringe and push the plunger down to make your pris more compact. Add more tobacco as desired and enjoy.

Once you get it up there leave it alone. Relax your lip and just roll with it. Don't push on it with your lip and don't smile

yeah don't compress it too tight....

u'll get used to it with some practice.... Just take a pinch and shove it up your lip ....it should stay there perfectly.....

avoid putting too much saliva or your tongue on your prilla .... that makes it fall apart.

It should look like an cylinder pellet, not a square or anything. The easiest way to bake for me is to use the crease in the palm of my hand, the top one, closest to your index finger. Place the tobacco there, and press it into the crease, while folding your hand just enough to trap the tobacco in that crease. That way the bottom of the pris is molded naturally by your hand, while you work on the top, just keep rotating and compressing it. Dont overwork, and when you start to get the juice stain around the pris, its time to finish it up.

This video is what taught me, then I just kept tweeking the technique to find what worked best for me.

Well you could if you wanted. Most prefer to handbake or use a tool though, but there are some who "hillbilly" it.
