That's a bummer about the broken can of Phantom Blue. Although I've never had the los version, I really enjoyed the white portions. That's one hell of an order though. Let me know how you like the Phantom Brown too. I got one to try lined up in my next order.

Yeah the last Phantom I tried was the original portions two and a half years ago and I hated them. I think the portions were different than they are now because everyone on here is always talking about how soft and nice they are. Terrible flavor and most of the portions were broken. This stuff is actually pretty nice. I could see myself ordering rolls of it since it is so cheap.

GES is the best! I think the chilled out thing may have to do with my age. I watch a lot of snus and dip vids and most of those guys are pretty young and crazy.

I'm completely on boat with the General Ekstra Sterk Los...definitely one of the best snus I've tried.
I also had the same issue you did with the can arriving busted open, I posted something about it in a snuscentral thread a day or two ago... I've had that happen on both orders I have made with SC, this last one having 2 cans of los broken.

I'd also be interested in what you think about the phantom brown, I've had the blue los and I am looking at trying the brown next.

The padded envelopes always puzzled me. I'm sure it's cheaper than a box, but stuff always gets messed up. I'd be interested in seeing how much more it would cost to use boxes instead of envelopes. Swedish Match lös lids are good for breaking. They should bring back the tin tops.

Phantom lös is a decent snus. Not favorite, but I like it ok. The brown is my favorite of the group.

I've heard a lot recently about broken cans. I guess I was just lucky up until now. The Blue is real good. I saw a review of the Brown by Mickeltrue on youtube and it sounded real good. I suspect I'll like it also.

Yeah this envelope wasn't even padded. Just plastic over an inner plastic wrapping. I remember the padded bags. My first order came in one and every other order I have placed with buysnus. I really like the cut of the phantom blue. I get the windex smell everyone talks about, but that is definitely not the flavor. Not sure what the flavor is yet, but I mostly tasted tobacco, which I like.

I might go ahead and open the brown soon. Everyone seems to like it a lot.

My order from MaKe WeBo for 7 rolls of N&J came in a box. The 4 rolls of Granit I got today were in a bag. No padding, either. So to get your stuff shipped in a box with these guys you apparently have to order ALOT of snus.

While this could be the case, and probably is, it would only account for half of the problem as the packaging plays its role as well. With packaging such as the thin plastic wrapping they use, I'm surprised there isn't more people having to deal with this issue.

The cans I received that were busted cost almost 10% of my order...I suppose that is where they came up with the idea to do 10% off your first purchase at SC

Every envelope I have received containing 2 or 3 rolls of snus has had at least one damaged can. In the most recent order 2 cans of Offroad Frosted were cracked at the lid. Another order had 2 badly dented cans of General ES los that ruined the seal. Unfortunately, because we all complain about shipping costs, these retailers will continue to ship via the method that reduces costs the most. I imagine even with them giving credit or replacing a few damaged cans they have assessed that this is cheaper than boxing every order with Styrofoam peanuts.

That's what I'm saying! If the GES los had been damaged, I would have been real pissed, makin calls and such. As it was, the outside plastic on all of the rolls got a little dirty, and I had to do a little tidying up. I can live with that. I would still have preferred a box though.

When you get this damage happening, it is the loose cans getting damaged?

I was pleasantly surprised with my last buysnus order it was actually in a box. I think because it was such a large order they did it that way
