Snus in non stop

Pretty much all day for me. Like Frosted said I do use less with ES, as I tend to keep a portion in much longer. Regular portions just dont do much for me anymore. While I still use them from time to time, mostly for the flavor of the ones I like, I tend to only use a regular for 40-50 minutes, whereas with an ES I'll rock that bitch for several hours.....

It doesn't stay in 1 lump. I have to corral it every so often, and I eat a bit of it, but it stays together pretty well. Coarse snus is easier to deal with than fine. It breaks apart quicker, but is easier to control. Sometimes everything goes to hell, and I have to ditch it. That happens more often with very fine snus like Roda, or Ettan.

Since I've started snusin and not smoking at all, I pretty much keep one in at all times, I've even (I know gross to some) gone to sleep with one in. For this latter part, I've discovered that flavored snus is much better, but that's just me. No problems yet, but only been snusin full time for a bit over a month.

yeh well 40mins is kinda top for me and its usually by hillbillying phantom or odens :P

I've always chain snussed. It's not a problem. I've got it all under control. I can stop any time...................................

I snus constantly with portions. Sometimes I fall asleep with snus. I keep a regular rotation of about 4-6 different kinds. I use smaller sized portions when out and about. My only concerns are teeth staining and alarming gum recession - those make me want to back off a bit.
