I found a two week old used portion of some frosted and lipped it in memory of george. V2 is protecting us from tsnas and improving our immune systems.
i don't see a column on there for acceptable level of THE BLACK DEATH!!!!! all kidding aside, thank you for the info and keep up the good work on innovating the snus world flavor wise at the very least.
Total number of aerobic micro-organisms
You measure it in log (2) cfu/g in snus
*CFU=colony-forming unit
*Log=the solution it is measured in
- Log value is the logarithm of the number of bacteria you can find.
1 log CFU / g = 1 bacterial colony on a -1 dilution (1 g in 10ml).

What? You know I don't speak Spanish, Baxter! In English please.
It says nothing in the table there about bacteria which the complains were about. The TSNA and different metals etc. looks very good and low though.
yea I think V2's initial response on this thread.............the one about slightly higher bacterial levels in order to keep TSNA low............ is what they need to open with.
To just throw this chart out there seems to be merely deflecting the issue.
Show the Bacterial levels
Explain the acceptability of those levels
and how the process of keeping the TSNA levels down accounts for them
and be done with it.
otherwise it is going to look like you are trying to hide something
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

Exactly!
I would love to have more evidence of this so that I can use V2's products without being concerned about the bacterial issue if SM founds it that alarming.
@heders, do you find V2 establishing a presence in the stores alongside SM?
I'm thinking that SM might be trying to place doubt in the minds of shopkeepers
to keep V2 from tempting the newer generation to experience something they
might take to too readily. That is, try to head off a decline in SM market share.
Wow, it truly is an amazing thing when a company rep comes onto a forum with empirical evidence to prove that another company was making libelous claims...

Nah, not really. I have only seen the Thunder brand for instance in one tobacco store so far. You can find the brands in well organized tobacco stores and kiosks but not in the more well-known stores like 7-Eleven etc. The only brands really are Swedish Match's products, Skruf, F&L (Granit), and Lucky Strike in some stores. Offroad and Phantom is considered a very low budget snus here in Sweden. I haven't seen anyone use it really, and it's very hard to find. I think Thunder is more popular than those two types though, but I haven't seen anyone use that either. It's all about SM here in Sweden.
