How often do you snus?

So I started full time snussing about 6 months ago to quit dipping. I have been very successful, haven't had one dip. However when I started snussing I was having about 3 portions a day and now I have moved up to 2 prillas and 3 portions over the course of the day. Im really not conserned about being more addicted to snus, as everything I've read says its virtually harmless. Anyone have a similar experience to mine? How often do you snus?

I remember my use of snus crept up when I started. I went up from four portions a day to eight/nine a day over a few months and it tailed down again and settled at six a day on average. I am not sure that increased use suggests a greater addiction necessarily.

Yeah you're at basically nothing, I use about 10-12 portions or prillas a day.

I guess I just like to wait as long as possible. I find it more enjoyable when I wait until a craving hits hard if that makes any sense. +1 on the Ekstra sterks. Just about all I do as well.

8 - 10, I guess. Mostly regular portions, and a few strong ones.

Sometimes a couple of cigarettes as well, depending what I'm doing.

Like this. A snus usually lasts around an hour average for me, unless I'm drinking, then they get changed out more frequently.

This is a difficult question, because I just don't count them. I usually have 5-6 cans open at any given time simply because I enjoy the variety. I would guess somewhere between 12-14 portions a day, half of which are probably ES and a pris or two of los in the evenings. For the most part, I always have one in my mouth, unless eating or sleeping and sometimes even when I sleep. The only real variable is how long I leave one in, but I'd say anywhere from 45min to an hour is the amount of time I leave a portion in before replacing with a fresh one. I'll also toss in some nasal snuff from time to time during the day, just for the scent and nic bump. Although my snuff usage has declined a bit due to sinus issues during the Winter.
